I’m Chelsey McCauley, I am a Registered Dietician, and my specialty is helping people overcome difficulties associated with food allergies, Celiac disease, NCGS, GI disorders, POTS, IBD, and tube feeding or TPN.

How It Works
As your personal dietitian, it is my goal to make your meals simple and enjoyable, and to ensure that you are getting the right nourishment for your body. This includes smart shopping, meal preparation, and nutritional analysis.
Every plan is unique and tailored to your individual needs, but in most cases, our engagement will fall into three general categories:
Free Consultation
Our primary goal during this call is to get to know eachother a bit. We will discuss your individual goals, my recommended approach, and some options for working together.
Personal Plan
Now that we’ve decided to work together, lets construct a plan that best fits your needs. This usually includes nutrition counselling, meal plans, recipe help, and regular follow ups.
Online Courses
If you are looking for a lower-cost more independent approach, take a look at my online courses. These are self-paced and purchase includes 3 months of access with regular Q&A support.
